We Are All
Moving Creatures

Our Mission

We take play and movement seriously! Our mission is to provide people of all ages with the tools to connect and foster healthy relationships with their loved ones through playful movement. Our approach enhances physical, cognitive, emotional and social development - and creates the foundation for a vibrant and joyful life!

 We believe that..

The world is a playground

The world is a playground to explore, and that every human has something magical to offer by tuning into their creativity and imagination. We all have something to teach and to learn - especially through play. Through play, we can celebrate life in its entirety - the highs, the lows, the frustrations and the thrills. We can take ourselves out of our comfort zone to explore new facets of ourselves, growing, evolving and unleashing new abilities.

Meaningful movement, together

We believe that movement should be fun, joyful and life-affirming and that by moving together we can create and enhance connections with those around us. We are interconnected beings who have so much to learn from one another. The best kind of movement allows us to find a joyful, spontaneous flow, becoming present with ourselves and others.

Seriously playful

Playing (at any age) contributes to our development in countless ways - from gross & fine motor skills to cognition, as well as improving social and emotional intelligence.

We are ever-evolving and believe that the best teachers are students first - maintaining their passion and curiosity and keeping their eyes open to new opportunities to learn. We aspire to learn something new every day.

Hi, we’re Jordine and Dor. We’ve been drawn together with a passion for movement, dance and play, knowing these are invaluable tools that can completely rewrite one’s life.

In 2019, we Co-Founded Moving Creatures with a mission to move the world. We have had the privilege to work with diverse communities across the world, facilitating play and movement-based trainings, workshops and programs as well as with some incredible organisations wanting to deepen their work with clients, students and colleagues.

From Jordine’s lens of psychodynamic creative arts therapy as well as her extensive experience as a Dance Artist, blended with Dor’s expertise in educational entrepreneurship and martial arts, we’ve crafted unique resources for families and professionals.

Our resource Moving Nature is a collection of fun movement activities and games that can be enjoyed by anyone, anywhere in the world, in the comfort of their living rooms. In collaboration with our colleague, Shavit Yechezkel, this resource was inspired by our own experiences in martial arts, dance, and yoga - and incorporates touch, rhythm, improvisation, coordination, and balance.

As educators, movement researchers and consultants, we specialise in trainings for teachers and mental health professionals, presenting creative practices for the classroom, organisations and in clinical settings.

We’re moving between Australia and Israel regularly and are grateful we have the opportunity to work with people of all ages, backgrounds, abilities, and identities, curating our offerings to suit individual and group/community needs and goals.

We love sharing new ideas, tips and resources on our social media platforms weekly - say hi, we’d love to meet you.
